DDR5 Server RAM

WENLEN's DDR5 Server RAM portfolio delivers the bandwidth and reliability demanded by modern mission-critical infrastructure. Engineered to the JEDEC DDR5 specification, each module carries on-die ECC to catch and correct single-bit errors before they propagate into the memory bus, reducing uncorrectable error rates by up to 16× compared to DDR4 equivalents.

Available in RDIMM and LRDIMM configurations, these modules support Intel Xeon Scalable (4th Gen and above) and AMD EPYC Genoa/Bergamo platforms. Capacity options range from 16GB single-rank to 256GB quad-rank LRDIMM, enabling maximum memory density in 2-socket server deployments.

Operating voltage is reduced to 1.1V versus DDR4's 1.2V, contributing directly to server power envelope optimisation. Thermal sensor integration allows the BMC to throttle memory frequency before thermal limits are breached, protecting uptime without operator intervention.

All modules are tested and validated against major server OEM qualification lists. Bulk orders can be matched to specific server models upon request, and mix-and-match capacity kits are available for phased memory upgrades.
